If it sounds too good to be true, then most likely it is a scam. Go with your gut feeling!

Honestly I bought into a program that gave me access to over 400 survey companies. And truely I do not maek a great living like the ad's say but I do earn some great stuff some times. I suggest it HIghly.. you can check out my website I have a few programs listed and an email you can contact me if you wish and I can be clearer than here.

They honestly send you checks once you earn at least $10. However, you have to be invited to surveys, and you're picked based on your family and lifestyle. So, you might get a streak of a whole bunch of surveys and then a week or two with none, depending what the company needed at any given time. Hope that helps!

All the alarm bells go off on that one. "Tier referral program"? That sounds like a pyramid scheme. They say:
"The referral program has two levels. You get paid 20% of what your direct referrals make and 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Members can make hundreds a month just by referring other members to our free program!"
Not a scam per se, but very very dubious and something that hardly ever works.
The golden rule: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I wouldn't trust any place that requires you to give you money or personal information [more than your address] to pay you. Normally those places who ask for your opinions in exchange for money are hoaxes or make it very hard for you to collect. Don't even waste your time with it. Additionally, I wouldn't trust the first answer that was given. Just be careful.

the websites i've seen (not saying that ive seen all websites similar to this) they all require either time or money. Obviously free sounds better then "non-commitment" but as the cliche goes "time is money and money is time"...so you're still giving them something.
