who agrees with the teaching of Oprah's debt show?

do you think her show really helped many people. especially sense her show covered people who make big bucks. if you agree with oprah's people say why. if you had a problems with those shows state why

The show was about American families who had spending problems. I saw all the episodes. Many families are like this. Poor working class families can't get the credit to spend this way. But all families can use the discipline and techniques taught by these shows.

Oprah didn't cover the topic of building wealth by buying the right investments but it shouldn't because Suzy Orman does this very well.

Oh my gosh, I think shows that "help" people with their debt can often be misleading. I saw on Dr. Phil, and the only thing he told poeple to do was to stop spending money eating out, or to sell their car. But, you still will need food and to get around, so it's not like they would be getting things for free instead! So I guess maybe sometimes shows like that can help, but I think they are usually misleading.
