if wife cheated once how likely is it that she will cheat again?

I think it depends on how it was handled last time. Did you to seek help with reconciliation through a counselor. By no means was it okay for her to cheat but there probably were some unaddressed issues that she used to rationalize cheating. If you have worked through these and recommited to each other, then I think you should have faith in her. If you have some unresloved issues and didn't deal with the previous affair fully, then maybe now would be a good time to start working on it so that you can build trust again.

Very likley. i hate to say that, but it has been proven that once a person cheats, they will do it again later on down the road. It's not worth it to stay in a relationship where all you get is hurt. You deserve better.

once she does this sorry to say this she will do this again you know as well as i that you cant ever trust her again my best advise to you is this as i answered this question before once a cheater sadley to say always one she wont change things will only get worse and she will be more on gard not to get caught. my opion ?

It may take time for her to feel comfortable again then she will do it again
