Yes!! Thank you!! I have always wondered that!! I hate rap! For the reason that it talks all about being wrong to women!! And everywhere you go you hear these terrible songs about how the guy wants to beat the crap out of a hoe if she doesn't sleep with him and these girls will be like "I love this song!!" and I'm like "Whats your problem? Do you even listen to what they are saying? Everything coming out of that guys mouth is against everything you are!!"

It isn't just rap... plenty of even classic Steve Miller Band songs deal with sex. "Really love your peaches wanna shake your tree".... and don't forget hard rockers GNR "turn around ***** I got a use for you"
I would have to say though that perversion is on the whole more prevalent in rap 'music'. Somehow, along with hip hop and eletronic music, it is the best music for parties.... I would think be cause of the catchy beats and thundering bass beats.
Another thing about rap is that it's kind of like death metal... you don't know what the **** they are saying because it's not meant for you to sing along to... at least not very easily. So it's entirely possibly to listen to most rap songs and not even realize what they are saying... especially if, like me, you can't speak ebonics.

I'm not a pervert and i listen to rap music. not all rap is perverted either. but i agree some rap is perverted...i guess people think that kind of lifestyle, things they rap about, is "glamorous".

I agree, I hate rap. We need to have a classic rock revival. As a side note though, almost every genre has as least one perverted song in it.
