is there anyone in Colorado that knows how to give a good old fashioned enema?

You don't mention whether you are male or female because I would administer differently depending on which you are.

I can give an old fashioned enema the way mom used to give when I was little.

There are two ways to do it. 1) is over the knee with a white enameled pan of warm water with that ever present bar of ivory soap floating in it and the red squeeze bulb with the black enema tip sitting next to it.

Then the other way. 2) the red two quart hot water bottle / syringe hanging from the shower rod. The bag is bulging with hot soapy water that has foam seeping from the nozzle so you know it will do a good job. The white or black hose hanging from the bag with that soapy black or white tip at the end just waiting to be used.

1) the bulb has the nozzle dipped into the pan, it's squeezed causing bubbles on top the water, it's filled with the soapy solution. After some well place vaseline, the nozzle is inserted and the bulb squeezed reasonably hard to make sure the water travels deep. This process is repeated a number of times, until your are a little more than comfortably full.

2) you are on your knees with your shoulders to the floor on that nice soft towel. After a well place finger full of vaseline, the nozzle is inserted and you hear the click of the clamp and at the same time you feel the rush of hot soapy water enter you. The flow continues until you hear the last gurgle of the bag and then another "click". Hold until . . . . . .
