she can act crazy wit her friends and ;augh non stop and be loud and laugh a lot and socialize a lot. do guys think that's weird and a turn off?

When a girl acts like that she is either very hyper or she is trying too hard. Your probably just getting to a point in your maturity that your realizing how silly that really is. Be yourself, that's who the real you is and if a guy doesn't like that then you don't want to be with him anyhow.

Depends on what you mean by laughing non-stop.
If she laughs at a funeral and at serious moments, then yes, there IS a problem.
