what kinda block u talkin abt?
it might be the restricted sites option in IE check tools ->intertnet options -> restricted sitees and try changin the values..
or it might be a firwewall block .. or mayb a software which prevents access..ø
tell me if this worls or i l try to disable the firewall for u

if it is in a netwkd envt', dont try anything. If it is a stand alone pc, goto the toos->options tab and do ur thing.
if u want to do illegal stuff, u can do it another way for the netwk envt'. I wint tell u here n now!

if its at work there is probbly a proxy server restricting traffic out of your network you probbly can't get around it

sometimes it depends on where you are coming from,,try getiing into sites coming from different locations.
