Hi I used to have rashes on my upper lip which will itch and eventually become very dry and the whole cycle continues. I started using pure virgin olive oil on my lip and it has become much better. It does not itch anymore and the rashes are fading. This is pure olive oil and though I have tried other brands, they don't work as well as this brand called Olive Manon. You may want to check the website.

What, is there such a thing as a usual rash?

Why not pay for a real solution? It might be as simple as a lotion that costs a few dollars? My friend spent ages taking vitamins which didn't help. Then I had the same thing a year later. Looked like the same thing, on my upper arms. My GP thought it was related to exam-stress, and I bought the cream from the local chemist's. It worked for us both.

Figure out what causes it and if you can't figure that one out on your own go see a doctor. Don't jump to the conclusion that if nothing works you will find the answer where you haven't looked yet. If you happen to have herpes simplex, it is incurable though there are good suppressants. Because you state that you tried everything and nothing works I think you may well have herpes simplex. I put a link in there for you so you can delve a little in there.

Make sur eyou don't have sinus drainage. sinus drainage can burn your throat inside your mouth and your lips outside.

For a while try Flushing your sinus out every night before sleep with look warm salt water. Most doctors recommend this.
Also it could be your soap. Thr dail soap for a week.

you couldalso try alcohol as it works for many people with the same trouble. people used to kiss a red head to get rid of fever blisters. but you might have the kissing disease which is easy cured.

It could be anything- herpes, impetigo, allergic reaction...there's not one cureall for any of these skin disorders.

You really ought to go to a dermatologist. At the very least go to your local health food store (like Whole Foods) and ask the person that tends the 'natural remedies' section if they know what you've got.
