I'm not sure what your question really means. I have been in two different systems which use the program "Grade Quick" and like the ease of use of that program. Our system uses Grade Quick for the teachers to keep track of the daily grades. Teachers may also use it to keep track of individual attendance, seating charts, notes sent home, and a lot of other things I haven't worked out yet! Our system also has MMS for teachers to transfer the grades to the guidance office to be posted on report cards and to transfer attendance to the office. The problem we have is that these two programs are not compatible so we have to enter everything twice. I'm sure if you do a search you will find several programs to chose from. I really like Grade Quick. Had our administration used a little foresight we could have done everything with Grade Quick.

We used CMS Gradebook at my school, and I've had fair success manipulating it. I still wish we had Integrade, because then we could export attendance daily to Student Information Management Systems daily with the click of a button, not to mention grades come midterm.

Online, I have tried TeacherEase, but it wasn't worth it for me since very few of my students or their parents have internet or would take the time to check grades online.
