What has been my favorite all these years and I read it off a sign in front of a church back in 1977...
"Worry is interest paid on trouble not due yet".
I never found out who said it, but it's been a lifesaver when times got tough.

The best advice I ever gave: "Sit down and shut your pie hole!"
The best thing I have learned from being an adult: Never let someone talk you into moving to Southern Arizona, because it really sucks here!

you have rights, like you have the right to be you, don't let anyone control you or abuse, or use you.
you have the right to say no.
you have the right to put yourself first.
you have the right to be safe.
you have the right to love and be loved.
you have the right to be treated with respect.
you have the right not to be perfect.
you have the right to be angry and protest if you are treated unfairly or abusivly by anyone.
you have the right to your own privacy.
yea.....watch your back, be your self, don't let anyone put you down or tell you that you can not do what you want to do. you have the right to choose what and who you want to be. Learn to just speak up and say no.
