My first year teaching and a mom and dad stormed out in anger from my conference b/c they did not like the third grade homework assignments (even though all 4 classes had the same assignments) and vowed not to have thier child complete any assignments from me and if I complained they were going to hire a lawyer. Ugh. I held up well under pressure, remained calm and handled it well. I thought I was ready for the next conference. However, it was too of my nicest parents next and as soon as they came in they started telling me how great they thought I was doing and how they couldn't believe I was a first year teacher--the mom was a teacher and said I seemed like I'd been doing it for years! The contrast of this with the last conference was too much and I burst out in tears!!!! I literally had to get up and excuse myself!!!! It was soooo embarassing!

2nd grade i told my mom i didnt get my report card because i was sure my grades were baaaad....she talked to my teacher and my evil teacher told her that she passed them out. my mom came out with my report card and she looked really mad. even though i got all a's, i was grounded
my teacher never believed me after that. she told me i was a liar would threatened 2 hold me back. i got freaked out, and i was a "good girl" for the last trimester and she didnt hold me back...
u no what? i bet she was a pile of dung in her last life. ;)

It was in the fifth grade. My mom came with me, and I didn't want her to tell my teacher stories. I asked her to be quiet, and she told my teacher that I was embarrased of her. She then proceeded to tell the story of my birth!!!

lol....well we used to have a class room pet and he was a parrot
we would let him out of his cage just not out of the classroom
soo 8 years ago my teacher and dad were talking when the class pet dropped a huge bomb on my dads head....i felt bad cuz i was laughing my self to death
