I hate Bush but, what is being done to your window is indespicable. If the cam doesn't work and the law doesn't help, I say wait for the perp and when he comes, shoot him with a squirtgun loaded with paint er somethin.
However, in my area no one can keep a Democrat Candidate sign in thier yard. The Repubs steal them.

More likely the redneck neighbors you have on the other side were trying to steal your guns, but didn't find any. They figured that anyone with a sticker like that probably has something that shoots.

he's probably doing it, stick a camera facing the window so you can see them when they break it out. Call the Police. have him arrested for tresspassing, vandalism and/or attemted break and enter.

idk, it could be possible.
I know here we had a van driving around with "Welcome to the United States, Now Speak English" on the window and it got broken out.
