All of the answers above, and just to add to the point have you ever noticed how many plates have 666 on them, you will not see any other thriple number as much, if ever as 666 on a license plate.

In Louisiana, all are made by the immates at the Angola maximum security prison north of Baton Rouge using immates who are allowed on work duty at the prison.... beats working on the farm
