To this day, the Germans feel the guilt for what their parents and grandparents did. I am sure they would have supported a Jewish state. And no German would dare even think anything that might be construed as hatred toward Jews.

First of all, it is not a decision that any man should make. That is not fair to anyone. Second of all, while many of the Jews did come from Germany, what would GIVING them the country do? pretty much nothing. It probably would have lead to even more anti-semitism, not just in Germany, but all over the world.

Right after the war there weren't all that many Jew left still alive in Germany. They made up less than 2% of the population. As you can see, Hitler and his boys were pretty effective.
You want to turn over a whole country to less than 2% of the population?

before WW I, not WW II, total area of today's Israel and Jordan is referred to as " Pelastine ". By "Palestine", it means "Arab Palestinian" and "Jews Palestinian". There is no Palestine people.
1517-1917 Turkey's Ottoman Empire controlled a vast Arab Empire, a portion of which is today Lebanon, Syria and Palestine.
During the War, Turkey supported Germany, and both were defeated. So, after the War, control of southern portion of their Ottoman Empire was mandated to France and Britian.
Lebanon and Syria were given to France and Palestine ( today's Jordan , Israel and West Bank ) was given to Britian.
In 1923, British divided their Palestine portion into two administrative district. East and West of the Jorden River. West to the Jews Palestinian and East to the Arab Palestinian.
Since then, Arab Palestinian are living in the East of Jordan river, used to called Trans-Jordan ( across the Jordan river ), change the name to Jordan in 1946. So, actually...Jordan is the Arab Palestinian country and they are just that. Look at their flags, almost identical, just a star on Jordan's is added.
So, if all the Arab countries start taking history & geography lesson, they should just ask Jordan to take the rest of Arab Palesinian and the porblem is sloved!!!.

Not being Jewish myself I can't really say for sure - but I wouldn't want to stay in a country that had just tried to annihilate my entire race. And no most of them weren't from Germany. They were from all European countries that Hitler had invaded. Every country has Jews, just like any other religion.

Germany had enough issues to deal with after the war. I doubt may Jews would have wanted to go back to scene of the crime.

Cus. if that happened there wouldn't be enough Jews to run the place, figuring soo many got offed beforehand. That'd create a power vaccum or something.
