The United States would have about 50,000 troops and equipment in Kuwait at this time.
Kerry would have brought all the top foreign policy, Middle Easter experts and interests, Military experts, academician and wise men and woman together and listen to them in a year long informational and policy development seminar before making a decision to leave Iraq and position a large ready force in Kuwait.
In February of 2005, the The United States Military would phase downward for a year and now be out of Iraq but ready to reinvade depending on what was happening in Iraq.
The US would be beginning a new strategy to move Iraq slowly into to a federal government system that divided Iraq into four parts with oil revenues split between them and evenly per capita divided by four. The four division would be the Federal Government which would be the Nationwide Government over three autonomous sections. Each section would govern itself. The United States, NATO, the Arab league, Iran and the United Nations would administer the Federal Government and Iraq's Military which would be supported and manned by the three sections, but run from outside of Iraq by the above named Iraqi Temporary Government.

Nothing, actually. Some of the debated issues wouldn't be an issue such as gay marriage. America would still be in a basket case.

I did not think too highly off Kerry. I just thought of him better than Bush.
