not honoring the self
brings me to tears regularily since i was a 1 year old
ur question reminds me of this part of me and it makes me sad
i have sold out my whole life an untold number of times
but tears are good, may we both have a good cry soon!
(after the ABSOLUTE vodka martini's perhaps)

When your look outside and your son is in the cow pasture and you see the gate is open. Your son walks by the bull and the bull looks at your son then the gate....Then the bull runs out of the gate and into your yard. I am here along. Hubby is gone. My son is walking by 2 other smaller bulls to get a ball. I grab some feed and try to get a huge bull in the pasture and it runs from me. Then it looks at me and stomps it's foot and I run in the building....Then I come out and walk in the front yard. Then bull is looking at the female cows and making sounds. I call for him and shake the bucket...He just looks at me. Then he runs toward my car. Then turns takes off running and jumps over the fence....He is now in the pasture doing God knows what...I can't get him on his side of the fence. Cows are mooing and running. That makes me sad.

When you bring your car in for a normal tune up and they find a gazillion things wrong with it and you end up spending a pile of money which you hadn't planned to. So you get the damn car fixed and kiss your vacation good bye.
Yeah, that would make me very sad.

Too much, actually. Knowing that the people I care about don't really give jacksh*t about me, acknowledging the bleakness of my future, watching the HORRIBLE war and conflicts going on every day in the world, that among many others.

Seeing the families of recently deceased people, watching the effects of global warming, and knowing that if we don't get rid of our President soon, the world may end. He's going to get us in the World War III if we don't get rid of him.

thinking about what might happen to my family if anything happens to me...we are so unprepared...my husband is wonderful but not resourceful enuff to handle a disaster like that and i fear he would not be able to care for our kids on his own but would not know where to turn and, of course my worse fear is that the children might get placed in foster care or something if that were to happen..... that would kill my husband
yep that hurts my heart
