Kill her with kindness. Find something that she does wrong and point it out to her so nicely and calm. That'll really urk her. You getting upset is what she lives for so don't anymore. Once she sees that she ain't phasing you she'll stop being the way she is.

There is a great deal of good which can be said about anyone. There are certain people who we may not appreciate very much, but even they do have some strong points.
If you go around continually looking for the other person's weaknesses, you will definitely develop a poor relationship and you will be very unhappy. Try to capitalize on your co-worker's strengths instead of seeing her " worst side ". True, you probably would like to change her, but you would probably spend a life-time doing it.
It's important to accept your co-worker for what she is rather than what she's not, and until you do you will not have a good relationship with her. Not to mention that you will be more realistic and life will be that much happier for yourselves and the rest of the workers.
You will find it easier to get along and influence her if you will overlook her undesirable personality traits. God Bless!
