Tell your bff how you feel and find out their feelings on the situation before making a move. If your bff says it's not something they approve of you will have to make a decision. Either your bff or the brother.

she might be grossed out...but she probably will take it as a compliment.
a lot of my bf's like my brother...i make it seem like it freaks me out though. but for some reason...i'm flattered. call me nuts....â¥

_____, i think i like your brother, and i totally understand if it'd be uncomfortable if me and him dated, but i really like him...
If she's a true friend, she'll understand your comeings from, and she won't have a problem with it...But it might mess with you and your best friends relationship...but if she really cares about you and you really like him...then it'll happen...Good Luck!
