I don't know that I could take either side.
Yes...Lebanon is to an extent at fault that the Lebanese government has taken absolutely NO action to stop Hezbollah or remove it - but at the same time, Israel is not just targeting Hezbollah - but unleashing a wave of attacks on civilians of Lebanon and doing it's best to disconnect the nation from the rest of the world.
Yes...Israel is a sovereign state - but defence of it's own interests - through a full-on, US-style bombardment?
As for Rice visiting...what good will that do? It's fairly obvious who's side she and Co. are on.
Lets not forget modern-day Israel was created on Arab lands...

Israel, you have two sides in this conflict. One side are a bunch of terrorists that kidnapped people and shell civilian cities. The other is a soverign state that is fighting for survival. Terrorists or a Democratic state? Easy answer there.
