Superman...hands down. He has been through so much over the years and still to this day remains one of the top selling comic book characters to date. I mean come on, he's just as fast as flash, if him and Captain Marvel went at it he'd win, he's just as smart as Batman, and on top of it all he has the most self-control than anybody..i mean the dude has x-ray vision and never abuses it, if you know what i mean.
