My friends get high and don't normally blow it in my face, but sometimes do. And they get high ALL the time. Will it show up on a drug test? They use the saliva test where I work. I haven't smoked pot at all since I started my job either.

All I remember is during the olympics one of the Canadian athletics, a snowboarder named Ross B (can't spell last name sorry) was busted for illegal substance; ie: pot. He had his medal stripped from him and he fought this ruling by stating he was at a party where pot was being smoked. The Olympic Committee reviewed his case and found that second hand pot smoke could have been a likely cause and thus awarded him his medal again. So I guess although I haven't got any scientific proof of this other than my example I would argue that yes second hand pot smoke could show up on your drug test.

It can. Once it enters your lungs it is taken into the blood stream and stored in lipid (fat) cells. Where it is slowly worked out.

However, UA tests look for a small metabolite (piece of the drug). Often these UA's test false positive (ie eating poppy seed muffins and testing positive for opiates) or the testing scale it high enough to ignore what ever small sample you give.

Therefore unless you are constantly in some's haze I doubt you'll have much to worry about.
