Ok,here is an example, Naturally in every marriage we are going to have our spats,arguements and differences of opinions. In a relationship you have one person that is in good health,the other has health problems and sex and intimacy has been rare or non-existent. How would you feel and what would you do if your spouse told you or threatened you that they could care less if they ever got well enough to have sex with you again?

Sounds like to me that your spouse maybe depressed...I have a lot of health problems and have a hard time sometimes when it comes to sex since some drugs make you not want to have sex..but, if she or he said that, try to get some help or talk to her dr..you never know...you might be saving their life and your santity?...Hope every thing works out for you...

Ouch. Is the sex rare because of the health problems? What I'm saying is does the health problem prevent the person from having sex or is it a convenient excuse?
I like to think that such an aggressive, angry response is the result of having been asked for sex many, many times. The partner in this case obviously closed the chapter sex and doesn't want to talk about it anymore. Non-negotiable.
You are now in the position of having to make a decision as to whether you want to live that way, have an affair, or divorce. That's really the bottom line.

I would think they might be suffering from depression or feel so physically ill that they mean what they are saying. I guess you need to decide if you want to stay for the end. Do you love the person enough to stick aaround without the sex.
