Just wondering if anyone has used the Parent's Choice Diapers from Wal-mart. I've noticed they are cheaper than the others but I don't want to buy them if they leak or don't work well. Anybody tried them??

If I rated diapers I would go:

1. Luvs
2. Pampers
3. White Cloud
4. Huggies (these diapers are AWFUL)

Pampers are overpriced but are ok . . Luvs seem to have been the best for me . .

I have 9 kids. I learned early on from experience, that a diaper is pretty much a diaper. It all depends on the kid which brand you get. If your child has sensitive skin then the cheaper diapers will probably not do well for them as they often cause sensitive children to break out. If on the other hand, your kid is not so sensitive, the cheaper diapers are fine. I have tried many different brands. I liked the parents choice diapers for my children up until they reached about size 4. after that they tended to not last through the night. White Cloud was also a good brand. I even tried cloth diapers for a while but they were so messy and inconvenient. In fact, the only brand I really just would not recommend at all is the Fred's store brand, they just lasted for about 1/2 hour before baby was soaked through. So what brand of diaper you use is really just a personal choice, there is really not much variation between any of them other than the fact that the brand names have hyperalerginic material (supposedly according to the bag though I have known people whos kids were alergic to huggies but not pampers) . But honestly if you keep the child changed reguarly they usually dont develop rashes unless as I stated before they have sensitive skin. You just have to try a couple of brands till you find one you can like and afford.

No my baby's will break out in a rash; Plus they leak real bad.I use luvs. They are the best. Take your baby out of walmart brand.Put him in luvs. Get desitin put a heavy amount on his butt every 30min or change diaper. His rash will be gone by morning. Yes parent choice can it have done it. It happen to my little girl. She had that after 5mins wearing there that king of diaper. Good luck

I have 3 children and with my girl, just about any diaper worked. I did try the Parent's choice with her and they worked fine. But, with both of my boys I had to use huggies b/c if I didn't when they woke up in the morning their t-shirts would be soaked!

We use the ones SAMS sells, I think they are the same as walmarts. They work fine for us but we buy Huggies overnights for bedtime since our kids have a tendency to wet a lot at night since they sleep about 14 hours. The cheap diapers just can't handle that much wetness! But during the day they work just great and you can't beat the price!

I buy them for my daughter they're OK. They don't leak. I was skeptical about buying them, but one time I was broke and she needed them badly so I said well I'll buy them. It was a Tuesday and I wasn't getting paid till Friday well they were so good I keep buying them to this day. That was more than a year ago.

They are OK as a back up, but do leak a bit and aren't as comfortable as the name brand. Use 'em if you need to, but if you can comfortably afford the name brand, buy those instead. You do get what you pay for :) Good Luck.

I bought these diapers and was skeptical about them being the "cheapest" brand, although... I was suprised at how nice they were and how well they held all of my daughters suprises. I think they work just as good as huggies. Buy them and give them a try, I think they are great!

I used them once, and my daughter seemed to be allergic to something in the diaper. Walmart also carries White Cloud, and I liked those better.
