If you mean who was the last WCW champion officially when Vince bought the company it was Booker T
Oh no people. Remembered the Undisputed world heavyweight champion, the jackass himself......CHRIS JERICHO.
Kurt Angle won it from Booker T and 6 days later Booker won it back.
Booker T then faced the Rock at summerslam and lost it.
Rock lost it to Chris Jericho at No Mercy
The Rock was given the belt after The Alliance's defeat at the 2001 Survivor Series
And then Chris Jericho beat The Rock AND Steve Austin in the same night to win it and that was officially the end of the WCW belt.

Booker T was the last champion Beating Scott Steiner on the last Wcw Nitro show in March of 2001.

The last WCW World Champion was Booker T. He was also the current WCW US Champion. O'Haire and Palumbo were the Tag Team Champions, Cruiserweight Champion "Sugar" Shane Helms, and The Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions were Mysterio and Kidman.

the last person from wcw was Booker T but i know others like The rock had the title. and im pretty sure that jericho unified the wwe and wcw championship which HHH later won on Wrestlemania

I think it was the Booker Man! Booker T! I don't care what that other dude said, Booker T was a great performing wrestler. When he worked with the Rock on the backstage stuff, it was hilarious. His partnership with Goldberg was great, albeit strange. I loved what he brought to the arena every night.
