Try Limewire (www.limewire.com). You could DL it and then use it to DL the movie. Maybe youtube.com has snippents of the movie, but not the whole thing.

You can try to download it from the internet in a Torrent form, That wouldn't make sense if you're on dial up, though.
And to download torrents you'll need a torrent downloader like bittorrent (www.bittorrent.com). If you download bittorrent then you can search for a Freaky Friday Torrent on google and download the movie. That's illiegal though so your best bet would be to go to a store and buy it.

If you want the DVD, try looking on ebay. I have always had good luck looking for DVDs there, even ones that are brand new and still in the original wrapping.

Any store should have it. I just sold mine on Ebay back in June. You could look there....you could get it cheaper.
