You will find as the older you get, the smarter your parents are.
If you are the 11 year old who asked about shaving, why do you want to grow up so fast? Enjoy being a kid. Time goes so fast and you only have a short time just to have fun. Listen to your mom, and maybe in 6 months bring it up again. Good luck & just be happy.

Tell her you need to start learning about this action sometime. Sooner than later would be best. It's going the have to happen sometime and you might as well as begin figuring it out now.
And failing that, ask her what she knows about using a straight razor cause that's the way you're leaning at the moment...

beginning now you must learn that you can't control what other people do....even your mom. however, you can buy her pretty long sleeve blouses so that her hair won't show. I took a flying leap to assume it is underarm hair. wait...it depends on what kind of kid you are! do you want her head shaved!? ha ha ha

It's her body, let her do what she wants with it.
However, you can always start calling her Sasquatch.
