The four assailants should have got time in prison. Your sentence seems fair though. Drugs are still pretty bad, even marijuana.

Big deal. What about the people who have been convicted of child molestation and serve no time whatsoever? There is no logical answer for why our judicial system is so screwed up.
Marijuana should be classified in the same way that we do alcohol. Go after the serious stuff and do it in a serious way instead of wasting taxpayer's money on programs half way around the world that only enrich corrupt and abusive people.

It is unfair to compare your case with another unless you know the background and all details of the other case (not just the media reports). As far as your case is concerned, surely you are fully aware that possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia is illegal and if charged and convicted the penalties can be pretty tough. You knowingly broke the law hoping you wouldn't get caught. You did, and now you have to accept the consequences. The justice system is not at fault here, you are. End of story.

This is the true "reefer madness". People are so terrified of drugs. A rapist who does not kill his victim will get less time than a local crack dealer.
In other words, you can cause pain to others, but don't you dare find a way to enjoy yourself. Get more involved in educating people on the benefits of drug use.
Frankly, maybe those guys who beat that woman needed a few tokes. It's a great stress reliever.
PS - In traffic court, my speeding ticket landed me a heavier fine than a drunk who hit a parked car. My theory : People (judges) are angry when you simply enjoy yourself.

Wow, that is somewhat ignorant! She extra ideal have a good excuse of why she wasn't there by your area. scuffling with would not make someone. It would not even remember who wins or loses. To me, scuffling with is purely stupid commonly. yet for a lady to easily drop you off without making particular you're ok or perhaps calling is purely rude. I propose she replaced into there watching the total ingredient and that replaced into HER EX doing this to you and he or she acts as if she would not care. sweet lady friend you've there. it is ignorant and that i will't trust she wasn't there making particular you're ok and apologizing like loopy. If she did get disappointed that you probably did not win then i imagine you deserve someone an excellent purchase extra ideal and believe me there are ladies obtainable which will be there for you by something you go by and attempt to circumvent something like that from happening. i think sorry for you that she wasn't there i must be disappointed about that extremely then who gained or no longer.

Circumstances always determine the harshness of the sentence, it's up to the judge to decide that. As for you, you're an idiot, I'm not gonna tell you the drugs were stupid, cuz I'd be a hypocrit, you'll get smarter. As for geting caught, yeah, your an idiot, be smarter next time, don't get caught.

Life isn't fair. Comparing yourself to other people only perpetuates the victim mentality. Take responsibility and realize that you're responsible for your actions. Don't worry about anybody else's actions. They'll have to recon with their own demons. Suck it up, do the time, and move on with your life. Complaining about it just keeps it punishing you over and over.

Not fair at all. I am fed up with the criminalization of recreational pot smoking. What's the big frigging deal, anyway?

It isn't fair. The woman was probably a prostitute, so the courts don't care about her in the first place.

Get a clue stupid, or as Jim Carry once said,"QUIT BREAKING THE LAW ASSHOLE!" Worry about how you should behave and you won't be arrested,, maybe next time it will be years, instead of days..
