You need the full version of Adobe Acrobat. The editor, not the free reader program.

Depends on the document. You may not be able to edit it.
Try this
Download a PDF converter and convert the document to a word document

Make your changes
Convert back to PDF ( primopdf)

you can use photoshop, its the same company and it works. Open it in photoshop
