how can any one murder 5 beautiful kids. and basicly get away with it saying that your sick in the head that makes no sence

i think it was premenatated.
she took the dog to the kennel so he would not interfere , locked all the doors in the house, and remved the nonskid bathmat in the tub, so the kids could not get theire grip.

Wow! I have been sitting here listening to the news myself and watching Her reaction on the decision of the verdict and I can't believe they let Her free like that. I can't understand the law these days. It's really crazy. Those children didn't deserve what happened to them. God bless their souls. I am still heartbroken over this and it happened 5 years ago.

You would have to be crazy to kill your own children. But even Charles Manson was put in prison and he had to be crazy. I think she should have gotten some prison time. But I also think her husband should be partly to blame. If he knew her fragile mental state, why did he keep having children with her? and why did he leave her alone at home with the kids if she was unstable?? I think the whole family was wacko!! Crazy people can do horrible things and then just get away with it because they are crazy? Its crazy!! You have to be responsible for your own actions, crazy or not. Thats what is wrong with society, there are NO CONSEQUENCES. How about OJ, where's his consequences, Golf????? Its a Mad Mad world.

Because when you're sick in the head- there's no sense in murdering anybody... It's premeditated murder that's truely criminal. Yates was sick...- & all the "punishment" in the world wasn't going to make her any better. She didn't raise those kids to kill them. Something was wrong with her to drive her to do such an awful thing. And insane people don't belong in prison.

i cant belive she did that either...i think that her family should also be tried because they knew there was something wrong with her but still they did nothing.... if her husband knew that she had a problem why didn't he take the kids to a family members house?? I hope she's haunted everyday by her kids for what she did...

Did she make parole or something? I haven't heard. I believe people can have post partem depression but to kill your own 5 children.....its more than depression its evil.
