How do you get internet shortcuts to show as a url in explorer?

Under the name bar in explorer, I would like to see a url instead of just the name of the webpage...

Pretty much the only way is to enable the Address bar. Simply right click below the name bar and click on Adddress bar.

Or if you are referring to a window that opens without a bar you can open a new window of the same thing by doing CTRL-N.
