First--
I'd keep quiet about it, talk to my uncle about splitting it with him, providing he turns the ticket in so I can keep my name out of it, so I won't be bothered by Jealous/Envious/Obsessive Religious People and Drug Addicts, who won't take no for an answer, untill all your money is gone down the crapper. And they are calling you all sorts of things, 'cause you don't have anything for a hand out--It's all gimmie, gimmie, gimmie.
Then when you run dry, they turn into ingrates, 'cause they dread that you might want something from them. And even if you did, it would be 1% of what you've given them. Even if I forgive them for the past, I'll never let it happen again. Yes folks, I have experienced this before, and it ain't pretty nor fun either.

But I ain't bitter about it, for I've learned valuable lessons, and those Cons or Ex-Cons out there who think they are playing new games, I got news for you, their as old as the stench coming from you upper lip.

I wouldn't have the lazy tax-man at my door either. 'cause you know there is gonna be another tax collector at your door, or a salesman, or someone else trying to get the money out of you.
No one would know I had it. Even if it were two million after tax.
Think ahead---
Look a bit down the road, and you can eliminate alot of possible problems for yourself.

LOL

I know you "Players" and I will bring the "cards" that I've learned about you to the table, because people have the right to know when they are being shafted/or used.
You "Players" have worn out your welcome with me.

My first thought was get a house, one that works (doors, windows, electric, you know). I don't know if I would scream, but I'd probably call my mom or sister, after triple checking I was the winner, and ask if they knew any good lawyers that could help me, as they have contacts.

The weight of the world would be lifted from my shoulders. The very first thing I would do with the money is pay off all my bills.

After I recovered from near heart failure (!) -
Set my PLAN into action...have thought about this a l-o-n-g time:
Try to act as 'normal' as possible...get to the bank and have the $ taken care of, go to lawyer and get legal matters straightened out, buy a nice house, get my pets, courier letter to husband explaining everything with his his share of $ - obligated under law (get it over with), with a serve of divorce papers and...start my new life! (free of worries--financially and emotionally)
