Because they are in there own car minding there own business. And I guess they don't care about who sees them. Be practical. How much do we actually run into the people that we see driving down the street. I mean we don't live in an episode of Seinfeld. Now I can see if you were sitting in your car at the parking lot at work or something like that. But who cares who sees you pick your nose in your car. That person will prob never ever see you again.

Personally when I drive I am packin' not pickin'. It may be ammo for road rage ---flip a booger on somebody's windshield. People feel like their car is a hideaway, but when you watch drivers instead of cars, you see some weird stuff out there.

I don't know, but I was wondering that myself. I was driving my car with friends and we were laughing so hard we were dying as we watched an otherwise beautiful blonde in the car next to us, picking her nose and balling up the little boogers in her fingers and flicking them while at a stop light. *note to nose diggers everywhere, YES WE SEE YOU!!!*

Why are you watching people who are picking their noses?? Are you so obsessed that you would ask such a question. Why do most women when having their Period tell everyone that they are having their Period and always blame their Period as to why they are such a B***h???????

Yes, they are in their own little world, I actually think they do think no one can see them, because if they suddenly look your way and they're caught they look startled!
