I want to lose 20 lbs, most of my weight is in my stomach, the rest of me is fine, what are some ways to flatten my stomach, i need it to work fast... Help Plz!!! and what are some ways to help me from eating junk food, i can do it for a little while, but then i get a craving and then i eat it, what to do????

Well what I would do, if I lived in my own house, would be to get rid of all the junk food in my home. Get rid of the potato chips, the pudding, the stash of candy, ice cream.. etc. This will keep your snacking in porportion, and fruits are a good alternative. Raspberries and other yummy fruits are sweet and taste just like a candy would. Always have fruits and veggies available, and you'll find yourself wanting something fresh like carrot sticks. This may not work FAST, but it's definitly something that will work over time. It's also a healthier way to live.

No such thing as a way to lose it fast unless you want to opt for surgery which is just ridiculous. Try working for it. When you want to eat something ask yourself if you are REALLY hungry or if you are bored. I usually eat pretty good on the weekdays when i work and slack a little on the weekends.

I'm a size 6 and i watch what I eat very little, don't excercise too much but watch my portions and acknoledge when i am eatting for the wrong reasons.

You don't really want to take the fast route because you wind up gaining it back. Make sure you're only losing 2 pounds a week. A total drag, I know, and I got 65 to lose myself, but do watch out for carbs, portions, and work out. Talk to your doctor, too, because what may work for one may not work for another.

cut out carbs in your diet. also i've heard that sugar goes straight to a woman's stomach. try eating little portions throughout the day, like every 3 hours to curb appetite.

just as long as you dont try to do it in like 3 weeks, cause its unhealthy if someone looses more then 3 pounds per week, so just work out and cut down on junk food. eat lots of fruits and veggies, well good luck!

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
