Go for a walk, sit somewhere comfortable. Take her hand and start talking about her and you as a couple. Compliment her and let your articulation take it from there.

easy. write a note that says what you feel about the person. Ask them to respond.....trust me....they will. This may seem childish...but it does work!!!!!!!!!!
