Older. It's weird. I like Jack Sparrow, not Johnny Depp. The character, not the actor. He is hot either way though.

well...well...well...a question that suits me well as I LOVE johnny & you might think he has looks better younger/older but I say if your a real johnny fan you see that he is still that hot man as he was when working in edward scissrhands:) I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP....who's with me???:)

I liked his characters when he was younger, but now that he's older, he can transform into any character possible. He couldn't play Jack Sparrow when he had that baby face of his, yet he was still able to play Wonka as an older man.
