She's looking for the mouse?
Or maybe, just for your attention.
Ok, I'm guilty of the same thing, I'm going to play
with my baby. Thanks, I needed that!

My kitty - she's my baby girl.
Don't want people thinking the wrong thing.

My cats do that all the time. First they will walk around the monitor area and sit on the keyboard. I think they actually want to sit in your lap. After I acknowledge them, they immediately sit on my lap and purr loudly. The best strategy is to get them on your lap so you can continue on your computer. If you want them gone, I suggest you keep your study door closed while on the computer. The cat usually just wants attention, so if you give it to them they will eventually just go sit on the floor and sleep.

My cat loves to sit right in front of the monitor and just stare at me or clean himself. So I can't answer your question.

It wants you to pet it and focus all your attention on it instead of your computer. I feel your pain.
