My mom is here to visit (i'm in Evans,GA) and she's dying to taste some homemade peach cobbler. I'm almost convinced there ISN'T any here. The only place we found serving it was Piccadilly's and that was very runny looking, so we decided not to try it. I know most of you don't live here, but if you've heard of a place in the Evans, Augusta, Martinez, or N. Augusta areas serving this, I would appreciate the help. =)

Fire Mountain in North Augusta. They have peach cobbler in the desert buffet and it's pretty good.

Take your Mom to some Edgefield, SC produce stands. Cooks is the best. The best peaches in the world will be available there in the next two weeks.

We live in McDonough, Ga and our Golden Corral has really good peach cobbler. You might also check and see if you have a Cracker Barrel there if they have it. If you aren't able to find a restaurant that has it I included a website with a recipe for one. If all else fails have fun making one together but don't forget to add the vanilla ice cream on top .......mmmmm mmmmmmm Good
