So it is not illegal?Would it get you in trouble with the law?

it may let viruses and other harmful stuff into your computer resulting in slowness and might continuosly freeze ur computer my dad downloaded it on to the computer and told me not to take it off but wheres my joy when i try playing games it goes slow from some time and then its fine but a minute later it freezes up again i despise limewire.

Yes, i use it to download music and some videos.
I think there is a virus risk if u want to download pictures or documents.
