Confidence.
Every guy has their personal "things" they look for (long legs, big boobs, blue eyes, short hair, elegant clothes, whatever floats their boat) but all men look for confidence on top of those. A girl that can tell you what she REALLY wants, ask him out on a date, or whatever shows real sexiness.
Think about it: would you want to date someone that thought they weren't anything?
