My most memorable one was in a sandlot game when I was around 15. Our team was losing 6-5 in the 9th and we had 2 on. I hit it out for an 8-6 win.

Sure, but not enough for my liking. I was always a good hitter for average in baseball, with occasional "pop". My "m.o." is about the same now in mens softball leagues, so it does feel good the occasional time I hit it over the fence, or split the gap and circle the bases.
