This would technically be inapropriate. An oracle is known to be able to answer every question, but will only answer one per person. Yahoo, has no limit to the questions you may ask. Yes, it is officious, and you must sign in in order to use it and there are restrictions (somewhat) applied by those in charge that officiate yahoo. and I suppose it is another, because you could always choose to google!
