Well the simplest way to do better would be to reevaluate your actions. Since, you know that what you're doing is incorrect, then you must know what the correct thing to do is in order to realize your mistakes. If you already know the correct way to do things, then you should simply do them correctly. I'm sure you're just exagerating, everyone makes mistakes, but all you have to do is maybe think your choices through before you do them, because that's what the rest of us do; that's the only thing anyone can do. Don't be so pessimistic. I'm sure you're a great person :)

If you're talking about schoolwork it's best to study, hard. Find every way to help you remember things, come up with a system. Ask for help from others (preferably in person... not on yahoo questions). And since everyone is pulling Grammar Nazi on you.. your sentence would flow better if it said "Hi, I have a problem! All the things I have done are incorrect, what should I do?"
