you will grow the way your DNA lets you how tall you will be is already set out in your genetic make up if you are young and abnormally small i have heard operations can be carried out this involves breaking the legs and streching them in frames to form new bone in the gaps but it will only ever add a few inches i suggest just be proud of who and what you are and stuff what other people say

first of all how old are you? men grow up to 21 more less and women go up to 18-19. If you are younger then have a lot of milk... that will make your bones get stronger, and your whole body will have nutrients it didn't have before so it'll grow.
if you aren't into those ages... take milk anyways... and PRAY!

There isn't really anything you can do to "make" yourself taller, short of a very painful and risky operation to lengthen your legs.

Try the rack of Inquisition times. Just give the operator instructions as to what height you want to be and Bob's your uncle!

Eat healthfully and hope.
Height is largely determined by genetics, so if you're going to be short, there's really nothing you can do about it.

talk to your doctor, for me im lucky that i am 5 foot :)...i have low thyroid, which caused me to be really short....have your doc do some tests, this could be a cause for you being short.
