America ( the arms company ) need a war every ten years
Vietnam then gulf war then Iraq & now lebanon

Many countries other that the U.S. supplies equipment of all sorts to other countries. This happens all over the world. Russia and Venezuela are working a deal right now.
Don't blame the U.S. first. There are too many other countries that are in on the deal.
When there is an opportunity for money to be made, someone will get in on the deal.

I don't know names, but I can almost guarantee you that they're friends of Bush and Cheney and donated big-time to their campaign.
