What was the fate of each character and what was the point of the ending?

Yes I did, and i was really disappointed with the end. I mean, most of them know each other because of Joan and she's always been the one to hold the group together. She's been there for everyone of them, not one time, not two times, all the times. I have to admit that she did go over the board this time, but as Girlfriends, cant they look past that? I thought they would, but apparently not. I was hoping there would be another season, but I dont think so now, as I heard that the girl portraying Toni might be leaving the show anyways. Toni finally got her baby in the show, Maya is moving to Florida with Darnell, and the other one, I'm not sure about (she's not either, lol)It just showed that they were all moving on, and that it probably was the end of the friendship, as they were moving apart. But it was very hard to watch, I felt ashamed for her, the way she was humiliating herself, the was she was dressed to that casual party, the way she was portrayed at the end was just disgusting.. But like I said, I really hope there's a followup, for the sake of those of us who dont have girlfriends, but want to believe in the power of friendship.

I hate the way Joan was treated and how she treated others. But on the real, rumor has it that Jill Marie Jones(who plays Toni Childs) won't be back next season due to some behind the scenes drama.

I was I hate the fact that Joan was portrayed like that. She is usually therock for her friends. I guess they were leaving it up in the air, but it seemed as if they aren't going to be friends anymore. Maya is moving away to be with Darnell... Iheard toni wasn't coming back on the show
