Maybe you don't have to completely give up something just cut back on a couple. The groups will still continue even with out your help. Just to have one day to do nothing is wonderful. If a whole day is not possible, just one hour then, which is totally doable. Get a massage, take a walk, meditiate.

Your body will help you out by getting run down and finally sick. That will take you out of the whole ball of wax for a time. Obviously you have all these things because they reward you in some fashion. You'll have to prioritize. Job and studies must be first. Depending on how many hours you work and how many units per quarter you take, determines if there is any time left for anything else. So job and studies, then food and sleep. Everything else is secondary.

Prioritize and make a list of what is most important to you. You sound like a wonderful, caring individual, wanting to make a difference in the world. To do a thorough job, however, wouldn't you want to do the very best that you could do with less responsibilities, instead of doing a mediocre job with so many tasks? You need to let something go too for your health and piece of mind. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Good luck!

Dude...! You're waaaaaay over-committed... You need some free time just to refresh yourself... PRIORITIZE! Make a list of all those committments, number by importance, and drop a whole lot of them. Simply explain that you're headed for a nervous breakdown if you don't make some changes... Take a break and relax... Maybe see a psychiatrist, too... Don't worry... The world will still be here tomorrow...

smae problem I had! Take a few moments each day sit down and tell yourself why you are doing this, and if and why it makes you happy. And after a week or so if it is the same thing with e samre feeling. Than think about revising the way you approach things. :) everything will be fine

hmmm......

1) Know yourself, your capabilities and your limitations.

2) Learn to say no if and when it's necessary.

3) Delegate stuff to others.

hope this helps....peace.
