No. I think it is somewhat sexy.
But, some guys who are EXSMOKERS particularly dislike the smell of smoke.
I smoke, but I don't smoke in my house to keep out the stench of stale smoke. The times that I have quit, I have been annoyed by the smell of smoke. But, I would date a smoker in a heartbeat if she were a quality girl that I found at least ATTRACTIVE.

Yes, the effects are a turn-off: kisses taste bad, and her hair and clothes smell bad. Also, if she smokes in my car or house then those smell bad.

No,Not at all. Some women can have a sexy look about them if they smoke. Plus I'm not going to let it stop me from kissing a woman smoker..

Definitely yes.
I don't mind an occassional social drink..but smoking..I got asthma...nuf sed. Peace.
