yep your right? My aunt AND I always say that people would rather you tell them a lie than the truth. When you tell people the truth you cant get anything done... but if you lie to them then stuff gets moving. It like if you tell your boss... Sorry... I was caught in unexpected traffic they'll give you the business...but if you say that your dog was raped by 3 masked men and a woman... they'll give you the day off to take you pet to the vet? It's weird

In general, people believe what they want to believe.
We usually believe things that someone we trusted told us. After a while we get attached to those beliefs and won't let go of them sometimes even with a lot of evidence to the contrary.
It takes an act of will to step back and at least try to look at things objectively to find the truth....even still we tend to give weight to the stuff that supports our preferred belief and discount evidence to the contrary. Curious creatures, them humans, eh?

Lies are not arbitary... they are made to suite the person to whom they are being told so as to get work done. Truth does not suite everybodies ears. But in the longer run each changes you. You become a lie or a truth in action. Being a lie is painful while being truth is comforting... but people generally don't speculate that far!

The truth is often painfully dull, and we live in a society that wants interesting, intriguing information.
We would rather lie than be responsible, we would rather lie than deal with the consequences of the truth.
Truth doesn't make sensational headlines, it doesn't increase ratings or newspaper sales.

If somebody got here into your place and advised you it grew to become into not yours anymore and moved you to a camp i'm advantageous you will attempt to post a stable combat too.

Because sometimes they are either too naive, or trust that individual that much to believe otherwise, or sometimes you don't want to hear the truth because you already know, but you're in denial.
