It;'s either low on freon or your core is stopped up.

Check the filter on the furnace and make sure it's clean. Frozen lines outside is a good sign that you might be low on refrigerant or possible that the t-stat is set to low and it is not cycling properly. It's problem a good idea to get it serviced by a technician to check that out for you.

Your AC unit has lost some of its freon charge. Call a repairman to check the charge. Be aware that if you continue to run the unit with too little freon, you can damage the compressor and the repair bill will be a whole lot more. Don't wait.

Get it serviced. Other than checking to make sure your filter isn't stopped up, there isn't much else that you can do.
