I hate that you have to get a lawyer to get a doctor, but it helps. Your attorney has a relationship with doctors in many fields and often if you threaten to sue, you get doctors and results.
I had to sue in florida to get physical therapy for an injury, so I know what I'm suggesting isn't easy especially when the attorney has a right to a percentage of the claim.
In florida, if one has been turned down for medical assistance, or the insuror didn't pay abill, the lawyer (yuor attorney) is free and charges cost and expense to the insurance carrier.
Ask a lawyer.
An attorney referral service of the BAR association can make you an appointment to consult with an attorney. Most consultation appointments are free but be clear before you ask questions. Say, "this is a free consultation, how much time do I have?"
Then be sure to take a notebook with a list of questions and take notes. Sign nothing until you are sure. If the lawyer says you have to sign a contract first, you do not want a bully liar for a lawyer.
Get all the info you can and if nothing else, the lawyer may refer you to someone who could help you.

I would reccomend two doctors. One is my doctor who works out of warren clinic on 31st and memorial. His name is Dr. Lad. The other is Doctor David Chorley. He is my moms doctor and has been for years. I do not know his number but he works out of Sapulpa at the Saint Johns Hospital there and I think the clinic name is family medical. My blessings to your sister.
